My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, near key attractions like Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Unfortunately, the room was basic, dirty, and felt like a prison cell. Service ranged from helpful and kind to unaccommodating and slow. The dining experience left much to be desired, making me opt to head out early instead. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects.
